We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team and drive our digital strategy across various platforms, including TV, radio, and digital streaming.

Job Summary:

The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital products, including mobile apps, OTT streaming services, and digital ad platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and content management systems (CMS). They will work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless user experience and drive engagement across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital product strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics and digital ad platforms to optimize performance.
- Oversee CMS operations, ensuring content is updated and maintained accurately.
- Coordinate with broadcast TV and radio teams to integrate digital initiatives and enhance audience engagement.
- Manage relationships with streaming vendors for both video and audio content.
- Develop and maintain mobile apps for radio and TV stations, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in OTT streaming and digital media.
- Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve digital products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and content creators, to drive digital initiatives.
- Ensure all digital content and platforms are compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or experience in related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar role in a broadcast TV and radio environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and digital ad platforms.
- Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools.
- Experience with mobile app development and OTT streaming platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with streaming vendors and managing video and audio content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital advertising strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development cycles.
- Certification in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.
