Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to grow your career in media sales? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Advertising Sales Support Specialist to support our dynamic sales team. Be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with the opportunity to grow alongside some of the most recognized local stations, including WINK 96.9 and WARO 94.5.

What You’ll Do:

Enter and edit advertising orders for our radio properties
Prepare and submit cash statements and billing invoices
Scan, file, and maintain active sales orders
Collaborate with internal teams—promotions, production, traffic, and programming—to ensure smooth campaign execution
Answer incoming calls and assist with general office duties
Support daily ad campaign setup and maintenance
Assist Account Executives with proposals, client communications, and scheduling
Learn and work within radio sales systems and tools (WideOrbit experience a plus)

What You’ll Bring:

Prior experience in office administration or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
A positive, team-oriented, and professional attitude

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods and operate a computer
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally
